DSANI offers a number of different support groups and activities for its members.

We attend multiple events every year to bring our members together and support our local businesses and organizations. Some of our events include Tin Caps games, zoo outings, and more coming every year.

Our members help drive this non-profit organization further each year. To give back, we host an annual holiday party to acknowledge the time and effort our members bring and to celebrate the achievements made throughout the year.

Member Email Alerts

We aim to keep our members up to date on the latest events, programs, and organizational changes. Our emails will be sent based on the timeframe of the updates.

Annual Reports

Each year we recap our milestones and inspiring events in our annual reports. These are created in response to the wonderful help we receive each year and to commemorate the support for the DSANI vision and mission.

buddy club activities

ages 5–12

The Buddy Club Activities meets separately as well as jointly throughout the year to meet the needs of the youngest DSANI members and their parents and siblings.

We frequently hold Friendship Club activities throughout the year to bring our youngest members together. Activities may include St. Patrick’s Day Dance, Semi-Formal Dinner Dance, pizza parties, and athletic activities.

age 22 and over

The DSANI Self-Advocate Group includes about 30 members ages 21 and over. DSANI provides various social events and community activities for the group.

Camp Red Cedar provides a camping experience that includes swimming, crafts, tumbling, music, games and best of all, horseback riding. This therapeutic recreational facility provides children with Down syndrome an opportunity to make new friends and get reacquainted with old friends.
